DESCRIPTION:

Annual, much branched stems erect, up to 60 cm. Leaves oval, 2-3* 2-6 cm, with wavy edges, with small spines and blunt tips. Inflorescence spiny clusters in leaf nodes. Fruit a spiny capsule. Flowering February to April.
