Public-Sector Innovation Requires Brutal Honesty


Public institutions operate under scrutiny, regulation, and political constraints. Pretending otherwise is naïve.


Copying private-sector innovation models into government is a guaranteed failure.

I’ve worked across both worlds. The lesson is clear: public innovation must be designed for accountability, legitimacy, and long-term value—not hype.
