DESCRIPTION:

Annual, stems, thick, erect, up to 10-50 cm. Leaves basal rosette, deeply dissected, 0.4* 5-12 cm. Stem leaves clasping, smaller, exude milky juice when broken. Flowerheads c. 0.6 cm across, whitish to pale blue, nodding. Flowering from March to May.
